If a button does not work or the draft is blank, text START to +1 (628) 250-3681. You can save that number as Sanctuary Scheduling.

Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is optional and is not a condition of volunteering or receiving church services.

What to expect

  1. Sunday reminders start at 4 p.m. Pacific for the following two Sundays. Follow-on reminders stop at 8 p.m.
  2. For one pending role, reply YES to confirm that assignment or NO to ask a coordinator to follow up. A NO reply does not itself decline the assignment in PCO.
  3. For multiple roles on one Sunday, use the Planning Center link in the text to review each role there.
  4. Scheduling reminders only. No fundraising or marketing.

This optional program is for current adult volunteers. We do not use purchased lists.

A YES reply may confirm the specific pending assignment described in the text in Planning Center Services. A NO reply notifies a coordinator and does not itself remove or decline the assignment.

Messages listing multiple roles direct you to Planning Center to respond to each role. YES or NO replies to those link messages do not change assignments. Reminder batches begin Sunday at 4 p.m. Pacific, with follow-on reminders before 8 p.m. Replies and opt-out requests are handled outside that sending window.

Sanctuary Church SF uses a volunteer’s mobile number, consent record, Planning Center assignment details, message delivery information, and replies only to provide and operate volunteer scheduling reminders.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver the program, maintain security, or comply with law.
