We believe God is speaking to some about joining the mission in San Francisco to help build Sanctuary Church. Our greatest need is for trusted people who embody our values to move and be part of our team.
Come and explore being part of an adventure that will be worth retelling for generations.
You will need to pay for travel, accommodation & food (other than a few meals that will be provided). Otherwise, there is no cost for the weekend.
Friday Evening: Kickoff barbecue at Tim & Kelsy’s house
Saturday Morning/Afternoon: Explore and enjoy the city with activities and guides
Saturday Evening: An evening of vision + prayer with leaders from Sanctuary and other pastors from the city
Sunday Morning: Worship gathering at Sanctuary SF
While you are welcome to stay anywhere in the city, we recommend staying near Oyster Point / Sierra Point for safe and affordable options close to the weekend activities. Here are a few suggested hotels:
A limited number of Sanctuary families may be able to host visitors. If you would like to inquire about availability, please reach out to us.
We have faith that God is calling more people to join the team in San Francisco to build Sanctuary Church. This is our attempt to “raise the sails” and invite people to pray about moving to be a part of what God is doing in this beautiful city.
Absolutely not! This weekend is for anyone interested in seeing the work God is doing here and supporting the mission on the ground.
Renting a car will be more convenient, but it is not required. Uber, Lyft, driverless car services, and public transit are widely available.
Yes. Saturday during the day is designed for exploring the city. Guests who want to do more sightseeing are encouraged to come early or stay longer.
